Commission openings will be announced on my social media and Trello and an order form will be made available for at least a day. After which I will select the requests in which I'll work during that month.

Commissions submitted via order forms are not First Come, First Serve. If you were selected, I will message you to let you know I'll work on your commission and an invoice will be sent afterwards.

Turnaround time is generally fast, but may take up to 1 month after the commission has started. I will let you know if the turnaround time exceeds this period for any reason.

When commissioning me, please keep in mind that I'm not a native English speaker. If you need to ask for specific details on poses, body parts, colors, objects, etc., I'd greatly appreciate that you include reference images for it.

Be sure to have reference images of your character ready when applying for a commission. Both reference sheets and past art and commissions of your character are accepted, as long as the relevant aspects of the character can be seen clearly. For this, SFW references are preferred.

I don't accept AI generated images as reference.

I will not work with written descriptions or collages/moodboards unless it's for a character design work. If the character doesn't have an existing reference image an extra fee will be charged for design work. You can see my character design prices here.

Exceptions to this are:

Characters that don't stray from their official species' design save for minor color changes (e.g., a PMD Eevee with a green bandana and green eyes)

Reference photos of clothing or accessories.

Reference sheet works with the "additional outfits" add-on and might require the creation of an additional simple outfit, minor tweaks to the existing one or extra accessories to their designs.

Once I've started working on your commission, you will receive WIPs at different stages of the process depending on the type of commission. You are also free to request updates at any time.

Once the sketch, is sent and approved by you, I will start working on the commission's lineart. No further edits are allowed at this stage, and only color modifications can be requested.

My aim is to work together with you to create a commission you're satisfied with. However, please note that I'm unable to make an infinite amount of edits. If I consider that the number of changes requested exceed a reasonable amount or are excessively nit-picky and the project is not going forward, I will require an additional fee before continuing to make said changes. I won't charge any additional fee without previous notice.

Once I have finished your commission, you will be sent the high resolution files of it via email or Discord. Depending on the type of commission, you will receive a version of the commission as-is, a version without additional textures (when applicable), and a transparent version. If you require specific additional files, you are free to let me know.

Changes can be requested once the commission finished only if the error was made because of an oversight on my end. You will be granted a 1 week period to request any changes on errors of this nature. After this period has ended changes will not be possible any longer.

You are free to post your commission wherever you want as long as you credit me. Linked credit is greatly appreciated but not required.

Posting your commission on social media after I do so first is heavily appreciated but not required.

I can post your commission as "anonymous" or wait until a certain date before posting it (such as a birthday or holiday gift). You can inform me of this during any time of the process, but doing so on your request form is appreciated as it will help me organize my work times more easily.

Please refer to this list for information on what I will and will not draw. There's also a number of things that I'm willing to do but am not experienced on drawing and thus the quality of the outcome compared to my past works can't be guaranteed, so please be sure to ask before requesting any of these.

Payment will be accepted via PayPal and MercadoPago, USD or ARS (Argentine Peso) only. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.

Payment for recurring clients can be either fully upfront, or half upfront and half after the sketch has been approved.

Payment will be upfront only for newcoming clients.

Refund is only accepted during the sketch phase, and only a 75% will be refunded if the work has already been started.

If your commission is already on the lineart process, it won't be possible to refund anymore, independently of the reason.

A cancellation on the artist's part (me) will result in a full refund.

If, before the commission is confirmed and paid, I don't hear from you within a week, the commission will be cancelled and you will lose your slot.

Repetition of the previous action will result in black-list.

Commissions can be kept private if asked to. This will incur in an additional fee of up to 50% of the total price depending on the order size.

Payment plans are only available for orders equal or over $200.

If you need a payment plan, please say so when submitting your request in the order form.

For initial payment, the minimum requirement is 30% of the total price.

Ideal wait times for follow-up payments is within 2 weeks of each other. If you need longer, please discuss this with me before submitting your request.

The commission will be started when the first payment is made, and will not be taken past the sketch phase until it is fully paid off.

You will not receive rights nor high resolution files of your commission until it's fully paid off.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below and to the ones listed on these sections, whenever applicable.

You confirm that you 18 or older and are the owner of the money/account you purchase your commission with or have permission to use it fully. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account.

I retain all artist ownership rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to using it for self-promotion purposes unless it is discussed previously to keep it private. I will not resell or produce merchandise off of commissioned work.

I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, including, but not limited to:

Poor or no communication

Rude behavior

Harassment

Major life issues, health issues, etc.

You are not allowed to mint your commission as NFT or use it for AI training of any kind.

You are not allowed to trace your commission or claim it as your own creation.

You cannot edit out my signature from the original artwork.

You cannot commission other artists or use Artificial Intelligence to edit or finish commissions done by me.

You have the right to use your commission as you see fit as long as it's for personal use only. Producing merchandise off of your commission is prohibited. At the time being I do not offer commissions for commercial use.

The character purchased can be gifted, traded or re-sold for it's original price or lower if no extra art has been added.

Any extra art (Self-made included) can and should add value to the character. Extra art made using F2U/P2U bases or acquired during ArtFight or similar events that prohibit profiting off of received art pieces do not add up towards the total price.

You cannot claim the character as your own creation.

You cannot use my designs to spread harmful or hate imagery.

You can change the design or commission someone else to do so.

Premade designs made by me and posted on social media as adopts are often created using self-made bases, meaning that other designs involving the same species might have similar artwork, which allows me to keep creating designs while also maintaining them affordable. Always remember that what you are purchasing is the rights to that design and the work that took to put the idea together, and not a fully original artwork. Please be sure you're okay with this before purchasing!

If you're not a ToyHouse user and would like an invite to the site, feel free to request one.

In the case you don't want an invite, know that I store all sold adopts on a special folder for archival purpose. If you ever join the platform in the future, feel free to reach out to me to request a transfer.

In the case of Adopts, if you are a ToyHouse user, please let me know your username so I can transfer your character upon purchasing.
